A very necessary and important course.
Without these kind of courses on yearly basis it would be so easy to slip and one small error could be catastrophic for all.
A few useful insights
Although GDPR is normally guaranteed to produce a yawn, there was some helpful background and insights. Now when I get a phone call telling me I've had an accident that wasn't my fault, I now say I'm making a subject access request and want the data they have on me – guaranteed to make them hang up!!
Easy to follow
GDPR is a minefield subject area to get across in a simple way but the course has achieved this.
