highly important to keep updated
Good content, Clear easy to follow explanations. Would have been helpful to have a clearer definite guide on length of time we are required to keep any clinical notes, ( REQUIREMENTS BY LAW) 7 years was required previously ) Obviously this is an area that is spoken about of company policies etc. I follow BACP guidelines for GDPR. Overall good content and always good to go over and refresh.

A little irritating having to keep pressing the next bit to begin as some sections were only 20/30 seconds long. It may me want to race to the end rather than listening to what was being said. Some of the possible answers on the test were too obliviously were not the right answer – could have been more testing, giving 3 possible and credible alternatives as at least one you could dismiss immediately.
