This was a very clear and informative course, well paced and well presented. There was a great deal of relevant information showing the responsibilities of everybody in the process.

You might want to review the ethnicity balance of your presenters to enhance it's effectiveness with a wider variety of potential consumers

Some of the information quite complex.
I course covered personal data, the principals of data protection & integrity and confidentiality. I found the course relevant and highlighted the importance of data protection in my job but I found some of the information quite complex, maybe just me! However, I achieved 100% in the test and I really did not feel that this represented my knowledge and understanding, particularly when I found some of the information difficult to follow. Therefore, I did feel the test was too easy to pass with a high mark.
Concise
It would be helpful if you could read the transcript and move to the next slide without having to play each video – I read much faster than the narration!
