SAR section needs updating
The time limit needs amending, standard time fro response is 1 month but you can put an extension up to 3 months if it has excessive volume of sensitive data to process. Over all the course was excellent
A good introductory guide to GDPR
Well presented and concise information given, with the ability to go further into aspects of GDPR as necessary. I was disappointed that there was no reference to tools to enable small Trustee Boards to produce the documentation required to ensure GDPR compliance – Policy and Data Privacy Notice

Informative and well presented
I actually enjoyed the course as I could take it at my own speed. I learnt quite a bit and thought the presenting lady was excellent.
