screen freezes, too long and we have to start and stop to get on with work, so you forget the first, second or third tries you have had to finish it.

Main points covered adequately
The training session serves as a useful refresher of GDPR's specific focus: in particular, the rights of individuals over their data and the seven main principles of data protection. However, It has to be said that much of the information on data collection and security provided in the training session has already been provided to QAA Reviewers through the organisation's own data protection policy. This has been the case for some time. Not much new knowledge gained in the session.
