I found this course to be a very useful and detailed refresher. It clearly explained every aspect of GDPR including the legal implications and penalties when it is not followed correctly. The course covered what groups of information could make a data subject identifiable as well as steps that should be taken to ensure that all relevant data subject information is processed appropriately and correctly. The course content also included safe storage and the importance of keeping data subject information up to date as well as possible reasons for retention and or responsible disposal. I would highly recommend this e-learning.
