Clear and relevant
Clear instructions are given at the right pace. The presenter does not seem patronising; she is serious without being boring. Visuals help to communicate ideas but are occasionally distracting such as when John Smith tries to avoid the automated 'grabber'.
Straightforward and comprehensive
This training covered everything related to GDPR. Although it provideded a lot of information, it was easy to follow, straightforward and precise.

Lays out the correct information needed to understand the principles of GDPR
information and questions very good
I liked the quality of information and the structure of the course. I however questioned the diversity of your presenters. Your presentation lacked diversity; e.g. not all employees who deal with data processing are white; black and ethnic minorities, including, disabled and the elderly, are also members of the workforce.

Simple and clear
I have previously done training on GDPR and this is the best one so far. It is simple, clear and well delivered in bitesize chunks.
