Same as most courses,if you have an interest in that subject,its great,if you dont then unfortunatley its boring and you try to get through it ,sorry just saying what most people think.

Interactive and engaging…
Very good training and level of interaction. I liked that there was sporadic testing through the training as well as at the end – kept me switched on and paying close attention.
too much information
A lot of information to impart and I wonder whether it was information overload. I struggled to retain all of the information during the test and had to re-take a number of times. course would be better to have less information in it , so people have a fighting chance to understand + retain such valuable information

A good refresher
The volume of the course was very low and required silence to hear it, to complete the course. Otherwise the course as great!
