I found the course interesting and helpful in understanding the main principles of protecting personal data . I am now be more aware of keeping personal information secure , particularly when accessing data onscreen as part of my monitoring role and the reasons why data protection is so necessary.

The course is clear and concise .
The course is very well-presented and the information is easy to digest and remember. However, accessing your actual website to get to the training is always difficult. It sent me round in circles for 20 minutes and had to get help to get into the site.
