Clear, informative and useful.
A very informative training course. Well structured stages to cover all the important aspects of GDPR. The use of text as well as the presenter made it easy to understand and remember the information. The presenter was vocally clear and easy to follow. The summary paragraphs at the end of each section were useful to recap the information. The test was a useful tool to check understanding and memory of the information.

Well presented but a lot to take in.
Despite the course being pieced together well with the information presented very clearly, I felt that there was a lot to take in, so despite having passed, I still don't feel I will have retained enough of the information to pass this test again without a refresher in as little as a month's time.
Good overview
The course gave an essential overview of the information needed with regard to GDPR and how it should be used within your individual working environment. Very useful and informative.
A simple and easy to use process.
The way that this training schedule is formatted and presented makes it a most agreeable way of learning not just the basics of data protection, but enables you to get a clear insight into the more complex issues contained within the data protection protocol. There are parts of this presentation that highlight things that you would not normally associate with routine office work or procedures.
