It's nice and easy
I think we should be able to complete this process every six months.
a bit wordy
The training covered all the basics but was a bit unnecessarily verbose. Could have been done much simpler for the average person. The first two sections were only really relevant for management. A simpler shorter version could have been made to explain what people that use/handle personal data should do in their daily life/job.

A little too long, inconsistent
It's frankly too long with some principles and terms not necessary to learn in order to comply with GDPR. Just tell people for a basic training what they need to do and cannot do instead going too much into detail. Many terms are also so self-explanatory, a short list would suffice instead of an entire video section based on each principle.
