Easy to log into and easily to navigate through.
Clear, Informative, interesting
I found the speaker made the content interesting and easy to follow. This can often be a difficult, detailed subject but it was broken down well in to relevant topics and the duration of the course was just right.
Very informative course
I found the course very beneficial. I am an auditor in my role and I have to mark agents specifically on GDPR. I now feel confident in ensuring I have a great understanding to be able to continue auditing this category.

I found this course to be well put-together and helpful. The video segments were excellent. Although I preferred reading the transcript, it was good to have the option for either. The content was brief but I found the examples were helpful in relating the information back to real life scenarios.

Gives the basics
Clear and concise presenter. Covered the necessary basics. Would have been useful to have input from organisation to give retention dates for the variety of information which is kept. Examples such as staff information, external training customers etc.
