Person spoke too quickly
The summary at the end of each section does not reflect the questions in the test. Have done quite a few of your training courses and each time I have to take so many notes because of this which detracts from the content of the actual course.

GD figurative presentation…
All representations of the GDPR were useful, although more diagrams for visual learners would have been an added bonus. An option to download some of the documents after the training would have been better for me. As a result, ensuring to listen to the main speaker and focus on understanding what I am hearing. Learning and development could then continue outside of the spoken training, should additional items needed researching, to then further build on knowledge.

Could be improved
It would be good if there was an option to read and then carry out the test, instead of having to watch, for people that learn better by reading. Also useful if your internet connection is struggling to load the videos quickly.
