Clear and engaging
This course brought an important – yet sometimes seen as boring – topic to life, with fun analogies such as seeing personal data as a dog you're looking after or embarrassing photos of yourself on your computer.

Easy to follow
Very easy to follow and understand. Both presenter speaking, the visuals, transcript and the fact he gave real life examples that we could relate to. Had everything to accommodate everyone's learning style!
Unhelpful and irritating in the extreme
As with all these courses, the requirement to sit in front of each video is absolutely ridiculous. I hated it this year just as much as I have done in previous years. I want to be able to choose to learn from written materials, and not have to waste time watching videos. Really stressful and unhelpful.

Each section was clear, concise and summarised well.
A lot of notes to take in a short amount
The course itself was really, good… informative and used some good comparisons in order to relate but, there's no time for decent note taking and the summary at the end of each chapter is very brief. Otherwise… really good.
Much better than other online training
Very professional looking, especially the videos. I think more interactive elements would help make this more engaging.
