Excellently updated training
Clear and concise with memorable examples. This training has improved from the previous version.
A lot of information
As above. It was hard going. Takes some of the shine off volunteering. I do acknowledge that it is so important especially these days for data protection but the information presented assumes you are in full time employment. Most of our volunteers are retired including myself. On the other hand it was very informative and I learnt a lot.I did like the way you could stop and start video. It was intense though.
Glitchy
It needs a confirmation of answer system. On the test I accidentally clicked on wrong answers due to a sensitive touch pad. Also it will not let me take the test again

I learnt that GDPR is now different in the UK since exiting the EU.
It was a really good refresher
It was a really good refresher, the videos were concise and gave good relevant examples. In addition the course managed to spell out the regulations in plain speech.
