User friendly

I have only the National Trust GDPR training as a comparison but it was clear, concise and must more user friendly.

Brilliant

I have been around DPA and GDPR in a worked based environment for as long as I can remember…..and I have sat through and designed courses on what I think we all know is not the most awe-inspiring subject….and I have to say that was brilliant. By far and away the best course I have ever done on this subject by a country mile….and that from someone who is not that much of an auditory learner….

good

This training was very intense and I needed to re take the test but overall it saved its purpose .I have learnt quite a lot out of this. Questions were straight forward and the quiz its self was fair and not too long.

Comprehsive

Too long

Too many videos and too long. Makes you lose interest and becomes boring

slow and boring presenter

The module was way too slow paced, the same info could be communicated to most peple in a quarter of the time, maybe add a playback speed control to your system or have an alternative course for people who can absorb information more quickly. The male presenter had a very annoying condescending manner he was inauthentic and dull.

Clear & Concise

I think a small mention would be advantageous to advise as individuals, if GDPR is applicable outside the work place. For example: Is someone allowed to post your name / email / phone number etc on social media without your permission (Facebook, Twitter etc)

It was comprehensive

It covered all the basics of data protection very well would hope all colleagues would refresh annualy
