Perfectly described with proper examples
This training course is designed in a proper way with accurate information collected & put together in this. It has good examples to make understand the topic and the questionnaire asked in between the course to verify the understanding of the subject.
Too generic
Phrases such as 'ask your line manager', 'your line manager will know' are not helpful. I'm a line manager, and i wouldn't know.
