Gender Identity & Expression Training is up there with my favourite courses. It is soooo important that everyone understand especially in a workplace.

Tick box exercise
Only thing in this course I actually learned was the approximate date of the third gender being recognised in India. Aside from that, completely unnecessary course for a functioning professional who pays some attention to the world around them. Particularly vacuous quiz questions. For instance how can you actively support the trans community – use your assumptions, be aggressive towards trans people or listen and learn to trans people? Hmm…
Engaging and relevant
Read through most of the support materials , they were really interesting, especially the link to Sophie Cook's story. A well thought through module which will help make learners feel much more informed about trans gender issues

Good basic starting point
A good starting point, will allow everyone to have a basic understanding of gender identity and everyone should learn something.
I learned a lot from this short course
I believed I knew the subject in advance but clearly didn't and found the course very helpful. It was concise and yet very informative. There was a link to a video in the training which I found very enlightening.
