Concise and easy to follow.
The course provided clear and amble instructions on workplace safely, and kept me on my toes by having periodic questions between videos ensuring I was taking in what was being said. My only issue with the course is that the answers in the question regarding 'Maximum reach' on a Work desk safety was worded poorly and resulted in confusion between the available choices.

Fine but irrelevant to me…
The course seemed overall informative and well put together. However, as my volunteering activities at South West Lakes Trust are very specific (I monitor ecological projects using fixed point photography), none of the courses I have been assigned are relevant to me. Therefore only 4 stars as it feels like a waste of my time.
