A helpful course, particularly as I completed it at home.
Covered all the bases. It would be worth amending the 'Fire' section to cover lithium ion battery fires; they carry their own fuel and oxygen and create their own heat, and firefighters cannot usually extinguish them. Perhaps some advice about not charging batteries by the front door where a fire would block the evacuation? and not using cheap unbranded chargers?
Very good – covered all elements required.

Too Long
Survey is too long and some of the sections state the obvious
The policy document at the end of the course is not accessible
The attendee has been asked to state they have read a policy document which isn't available to continue to the test.
Really informative and helpful to complete this each year.

Great
Very easy to follow. Included some new tips that I have not considered.
A relevant and diverse training course covering key topics when working from home.
I liked the course which presented up to date content, utilising latest technology and represents typical behaviour in today’s remote home working environment. The only downside was manipulating the reading view of the H&S Guide for Associates document near the end of the course, as it defaulted to small font reading size and I could not easily zoom after opening the document.
