Suited my learning style
It took longer than the stated time of 32 mins. Reading all of the relevant policies and viewing the forms to use was very helpful. I also liked the test at the end when it helped me see which question I had got wrong so I could learn from any mistake. This took me just under 2 hours to complete.
Easy to understand, clear, fluid

Very easy to follow and understand
This course was easy to follow told you what you need to know without going into too much detail. It didn't give so much detail that you couldn't remember what was said and I found it very straightforward
