Needs More Practical Questions
The course is great as everyone should know about health and safety and what their responsibilities are. However there should be more of a focus on hazards and the different forms these take, whether they are slip trip and fall or incorrect use of equipment. Health and Safety is really common sense but this is the one thing you can not teach so staff need to be shown what possible bad practice is so they learn and pass this onto others.
Too long for first one
For the first time for me to do this course to have 43 minutes of videos was a bit too long. I would have preferre it to be 30 minutes

Excellent very good
Very informative, structured and factual. Until people that are not 'in the know' when in comes to top level Health & Safety I do not know this Health and Safety Training for Managers & Supervisors would certainly provide a substantial knowledge function for their skill set. Truly excellent course and well done to Ihasco for providing this.
Too much focus on legislation
I really liked the first part of the course but I would have loved to see some more insights and examples of creating the risk assessments. I thought it was a bit too heavily focused on legislation and numbers with the various type of accidents. This was also showed in the questions which I thought were to focused on small details.
