Bit disappointed as this was text only and only scratched the surface of the subject which is a very high risk part of the business

A more interactive course would have been beneficial for people with learning difficulties. May be option with audio, pictures etc.

very easy to use.
No video or download content
Personally prefer the video context, it would be good after the training and quiz if a 'summary or cheat sheet' could be downloaded which summaries the training and can be referred too in case of a refresher.
