This is such a vast subject and I think it does need breaking down into sections. Otherwise there is too much information for you to take in.

Recognising the difference
Thoroughly thought provoking, understanding how our words impact the workplace. How our lives are all different and appreciating all our backgrounds and the impact of stereotyping. Understanding the difference between Harassment and Bullying although both are harmful only one is illegal!
