Thought it was broken down well into sections and explained different aspects of the subject

Good content however there was some slight overlap with the 'Conflict resolution' training module.

the course was great at going over the basics, but it was also a fantastic reminder of best practice and some simple do's and don'ts that can help you in everyday interaction with colleagues

covered a lot of ground. for clarity perhaps examples of how the SMC process works? who to report too? What actions are/should be taken? etc

Interesting and informative
This review covered some important aspects of things that can affect you in the workplace as well as at home. The information has informed me of my rights when it comes to bullying or harassment and has made me more aware of my conscious and unconscious bias when it comes to other people. I thought the course was well presented, with each speaker giving clear and concise information.
