Long-winded and condescending.
Not really relevant to a Company in an industry with a high staff turnover and where many staff are casuals on zero hours contracts and minimum wage and do not rely on the Company for their main income.
Generally easy to understand.
Very disappointed to hear the sentence meantal ill-health can be caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. This has absolutely no evidence base and is recognised as in true by most professionals. Suggest you remove this statement from the video.

Excellent, balanced and professional.
It is not only a reminder about work relationships, but about life relationships. Every person has a story and tolerance and understanding will strengthen relationships wherever they are formed.
Really good course
Really good course, easy to follow with examples and animations. It covers all the main subjects.
Course was easy to understand
I found this Course very easy to follow and understand. It was very informative and offers a lot of additional supporting documents. However, I am not sure these documents still be accessed once the Course is completed (I will check this). I feel the Course offers not only an insight into our Staff's Wellbeing but also our own. Highly recommend this Course is offered to all Staff not just Management as we all need to look out for each other.
