nothing wrong with the course but as a senior in years manager i learnt absolutely nothing

surely for someone who will have done similar courses many times through their career a better option would be to take the test and if the test is failed then training is needed if not then accept the result.

Fix some language

Replace "either gender" with "any gender". Reduce overlap with separate bullying & harassment training. Establish consistency between the two trainings on when to attempt an informal confrontation vs progressing to a formal complaint. Example of conflict resolution using a written note on a fridge can be interpreted as extremely passive agressive rather than productive.

It was a bit long

It was very informative but took a while – but I suppose it was necessary as it covered a lot of info
