Perfect for using for new starters

I loved this course, its perfect for new starter inductions as it sets the tone of the behaviours and culture that is expected from the onset.

It was a good alround course

If it had any drawbacks it would be in the Bullying/Harassment and conflict resolution areas where the presumption is that the automatic course is to refer to the line manager. It is not unheard of that the source of the problem is the manager themselves. In this instance there should perhaps be some alternatives.

Well presented

Equality and Diversity is essential and any training that helps this happen is welcome

Informative and easy to follow

The sessions were informative and easy to follow.

Very interesting and informative

I particularly liked the section on resilience – maybe the five pillars could have been explained alittle further but overall, very good. Good mental health and how to strive for that in the workplace (and how important it is to look out for signs that it is not good) is still so overlooked, even in the 21st century.

Well worth undertaking

As someone who works in personnel I found the course both informative and relevant. It covered a lot of ground succinctly, offering a common sense approach to both recognising potential problems and dealing with difficult situations. A good refresher course for professionals and a reminder to all as to how we should and should not behave towards on and other at all times.

Very interesting and informative.
