It has helped me understand better how to communicate with trainee operators. Right and wrongs, and how to deal with certain situations which could be delicate.

I don't think I actually learned anything new, common sense really. Questions really easy and overall not a lot of value gained.

Would help if the course was slip into smaller portions as it is difficult to commit to 1 hour at a time to do this.

Very informative and good explanations, but I think it is a little too long
Refresher course for me.
Although I had previously carried out this course before, it is always good to refresh and remind yourself, of yours and colleagues at work of the responsibility to look out for themselves and other people you interact with. Very informative with loads of additional content for further reading.
Compulsory course for all members of staff
I am very pleased that this is a a compulsory course for all members of staff, it is important to know and help others and sometimes be reminded of your own mental health and warning signs. Found this very informative and interesting to learn.
