Informative and interesting

I think this course is majorly informative and very useful as it gives you detailed and specific information that helps you understand the virus. This then means that you are more likely to keep yourself and others safe as you understand all different aspects of the virus such as ,how it spreads and where it can survive, rather than just acknowledgeing that the virus is around.

Good short videos
I like the fact that the videos are short – so not too much to take in at any one time. But…occasionally I had to stop a video in the middle, to leave my desk. When you return to the video, there is no way to skip to the point at which you left it. I realise that's so people can't just skip through the messages, but it was a little frustrating

Interesting, but was it useful?
On a personal level it was an interesting course that dispels many myths about infections; however, I am not sure this is the most effective course for teachers to be taking. Much of the advice is not conducive to working in a school and the terminology is wrong for who to report to etc. Much of this course was quite patronising as professionals should not be being taught how to wash their hands or how to put on and remove a pair of gloves.

I thought this was a week designed program – informative and easy to follow and understand. The presenter spoke clearly and at a good rate. I loved having the transcript to review and also the summary/highlights at the end of each section. It was also a pleasure s to be able to go at your own pace and go back and review any section. I wish all online training was this good!
