Well presented
When the training was sent out to me, l was reluctant to start, but when l started, l thoroughly enjoyed listening to the trainer, very clear and well spoken. I have done infection prevention and control training before but it has never been explained to me in such an easy to understand manner, l cannot wait for the next training, thank you.

Poorly designed and overly simplistic
Poor control designs mean learners unable to move back and forward as they wish making for a monotonous and disengaging experience
