good

I finished one training and complete the test and downloaded the certificate. After that I wanted to review some parts of the training but it restarted the training and no record that I have completed the training. I think that it should allow me to learn more if want.

it was amizing

Wow what can I say the explanation was perfect learning and knowing new ways how to deal with infections.

good reminder

Though majority of the content is a timely reminder on how to keep ourselves safe and others around us it is often these basic rules that get forgotten day to day. So, yes worth the reminder. Thank you

Informative

In the videos I was not happy to see Nurse/HCA wearing a watch and long sleeves when dealing with a service user. Your own presentation specifies no watches, jewellery, bracelets and my understanding is arms bare below elbow. I would also like to know if there is a policy regarding ID badges hanging from lanyards. It seems these are constantly dangling over things and being tucked in by hand/gloves. Surely not good practice.

Very interesting and easy to understand

This training course was explained ery clearly and was also interesting

ok but simplistic and in parts incorrect

Having worked in hospitals 40+ years it is second nature to follow guidelines but important to note that for many years now we have operated a "naked below the elbow" policy to assist in infection control. I note on several demos that your Actress has a long sleeve shirt under her tunic which is short sleeved

Too many videos

I found this course had too many videos, these were long considering this is regular training so should be something we all know. It would be good to have a straight to test option.
