Easy to understand and action
I found this course, while simple to follow, easy to understand and clearly laid out making it easier to pass at the end.
Effective training video
This took longer than the 40 minutes expected. I feel it would benefit from having more questions throughout the video information sections, as well as at the end. The change of presenters was a little distracting. One woman presented about 90% of the content but then two others came in about 2/3 of the way through. It was fine otherwise.

Really interesting and makes you think. Enjoyable too knowing that staff can participate in stretching exercise whilst at work. Builds up momentum.

Great Refresher Course
This is a great refresher course and I particularly like the additional resources available throughout the training. This gave additional insight, which helped when it came to the test.
