Very educational, and easy to understand
The tutors were very good, in easy to understand and keeping you focus in listening and demonstrating, especially the fire extinguisher in how to use it, in putting out the fire.

I found the course to be interesting and useful in certain aspects, especially the stretching exercises & resting your eyes. I’ve learned new things which I can now implement in my life.

Very good instructions
Excellent demonstration and explanation of correct way of part of our every day task which we just take for granted without remembering the long term consequences. Just a shame I misread question I got wrong proving we just do things naturally Excellently demonstrated
