enjoyed the course did explain very good ways to use your body in the correct way when lifting anything during inside and outside work.

The information delivered was short succinct and clear. Examples allowed you to understand what is acceptable and what isn't. Showing what to do if there's an incident and the process available to you. This should be done for more businesses, so employees and employers are aware.

Too much clicking – would be good if it played continually

It is simple and clear and repeats itself to reinforce the message around unwanted behaviour and examines intentional or unintentional behaviour which is a common misconception.
