The course is a good way to recap your knowledge, not only stating correct procedures but also highlighting common bad practises to avoid.
Handy knowledge to have on the different kind of ladders
Helpful training section on the different types of ladders available and how to use them correctly. A lot is common sense but if you've never or rarely used a ladder then this is a good bit of training to have.
