Not too long and very well presented
This course covers a great deal more than just how to climb a ladder safely. It's all relevant material and I am pleased to have been given the opportunity to refresh my knowledge. It brought up topics such as locking devices and how ladders should be replaced after two years of good use. The additional use of knees and or chest as a third point of contact also solves an issue that I had previously held in question.
