The course is of a short but sensible duration. It covers all the necessary points to use ladders safely & effectively.
Clear and easy to follow.
I thought the course was good but am struggling to see how it applies to the work I do at the university. So, in a busy first week at Herts, it felt strange to have to find time to do this particular course.
