good information on certain ladders, but there was no mention of the ladders that we actually use so I think this is a poorly chosen course for our needs.

Very informative ladder training
The training was well presented but a lot of very specific information, it was important to take notes or revisit the content over again. It was surprising and enlightening to learn about all the do's and don'ts of how to use a ladder and the regulatory controls surrounding their use.
