Clear, thorough, memorable.
I found the ladder training very informative, thorough and clear without being patronising. Points were made clearly and the videos were very helpful. The test was also not too easy which was very good. Thanks

Clear, Concise and Informative
This training is easy to follow and gives you all the information needed to use a ladder safely. This couples with a practical competency test within department will set up staff to be well trained in 'safe' ladder usage.

Simple, easy to digest.
It's a mundane subject and I felt that the course is broken down in such a way that it's easy to learn from. If it dragged on, it wouldn't be as engaging. The actor in the video speaks clearly and explains everything well.

Good short videos and easy to start and stop. Excellent simple to remember sayings for all ladders.
