Tall ladders are not used in my job
Course talks about a lot of things that are not relevant to my job at the Pickering Station Shop. I will not be using any extending ladders.
Practical advice to use ladders safely
Generally a good clear course with real practical advice. Only observation for improvement is that it mentions occasions when working off the platform of a stepladder may be ok if there are suitable hand holds but this is not visually shown, and could be easily missed,

GOOD FOR PEOPLE USING LADDERS
Its all basic common sense but I've seen some idiots over the years it takes one slip from a ladder and does not even need to be that high. Respect ladders at all times I know I have been climbing them 42 years and have seen some awful accidents from stupidity and laziness.

The course went through several senarios of different trade ladders and different does and donts of each individual ladder. Quite informative
