Great overview of safe practice
Clear and concise information, broken down into bitesize chunks. Videos were short and to the point, with just the right balance of information being dictated in each. Test was just the right length and great format.

Fairly decent as an introductory course
The level of content is useful as an introductory course, in preparation for a further level course. In itself it would not be considered as providing a level of competency for anyone using ladders. Perhaps a little more in depth with respect to demonstrating the checks to be made and how they should be made and something about record keeping such as Ladder Log.
