Informative, Clear, Semi-Concise
Unlike the other courses, this one was clear and didn't try to trick you with the questions. I liked the fact that every answer for the questions was available in the training provided. This one is to the point and doesn't over explain everything like the other courses. This is how all the other courses and tests sections should be with all of them.

All useful. Mostly well explained.
The course was useful and gave me helpful information and tips that I did not know, despite being an occasional ladder user for decades. There were occasional statements whose ramifications were beyond me i.e. there was no further discussion on what it meant in practical terms, such as "Extension ladder maximum length must be longer than working length". Most advice was accompanied by demonstrations but occasionally, as with the above statement this didn't happen.

I found this course interesting to do and I also learnt some new items which I wasn't aware off.

easy to follow
Clear concise training.
A well put together training module, providing learners with clear and concise audio visual information, to enable proper understanding of safe ladder use. Good practical demonstrations enhance this, I think I still prefer the old adage "1 in 4 or you're on the floor" though.
