It's a very good refresher course to keep you up to date and safe

Not enough that was relevant to me..
Some slides were skipped through too quickly compared to others and the section on the actual use of ladders was too short / quick and this was the most relevant part to me.
Easy to understand
Very easily explained verbally and with the videos whether you are a novice or experienced at using stepladders or all types of ladders
Practical advice in clear terms.
The Ladders in use should have an integrated stabiliser bar as good practice to reflect the changes to EN131 professional ladder standard for extension ladders. Also, PPE should be mentioned as it will usually be required i.e. gloves when handling the ladder.

The course covers all aspects of ladder safety in an easy to follow manner. All sections can be reviewed if required and additional information is offered where it may be of use. The multiple choice test helps to cement the knowledge gained on the course.
