It would appear that the instruction was based on a business or organisation, I feel that a one or two man operation may not be able to adhere to the storage and maintenance as was presented.

I think you could do some work on teaching the climbing heights re various ladders. I can imagine it might be very confusing for many people. I got the answers right, but fear that I might forget them very soon. How about – present the particular ladder, color the dangerous area and label with numbers. Also, some exercises clicking the correct presentation, might help me to remember long-term.
