as stated poor explanation of ladder safety insufficient explanation of Pre use inspection Best practise is for ladders to be independently visually inspected and checked monthly NOT every 3 month or possibly 6 monthly, Surely the safe use of ladders requires that area of use be secured first before ladder is pitched steps are steps (as in kitchens) Stepladders are different things to steps No Mention of Platform steps (again different things to steps and stepladders
