great
i would say this is most beneficial as its a significant part of any job that requires you to work at height and where the work consist of using a ladder correctly and ensuring the safety of the user and passing pedestrians passing close to work where a ladder is being used. Also familiarising with the different types of ladders that are used in the workforce and how to go about using them following the bsi standards. all in all very useful.

I found this a useful but not entirely relevant course. Probably more relevant for when I'm working on my home!
