The training captures what it needs to

There is a lot of information provided with the training

Too much jargon

When doing this course I found that there was too much jargon I mean why do you need to know what colour the forms are because you would look it up and then get the right form or talk to people like your manager get advice you do not know to need to know the government bodies as a support worker you just need to know who to ask or you can look things up.

Very informative, hence useful.

Was truly useful especially regarding a Person I used to support. I had had doubts about this Person's care, and the questions I had were thoroughly answered within this course. Specific to this Person having been regularly sat on a bean bag despite staff knowing they would be unable to stand from it unassisted.

Far too complicated

This course would be useful for management who might need to apply for DOLS but much of it is totally unsuitable for the general supportworker. Explaining what 12 different forms are used for in applying for DOLS. Come on get real

Time of Courses

Not enough time is given for each course
