The assessment contains Q that are not really testing you on the understanding / meaning of the regs – they are just testing e.g. whether working at height. falls under these regs or other regs; they feel like trick Q rather than testing how you apply the ideas. (After all its not a full day course on the management & implications of WAHR, H&SAW; act etc)
