This training certainly helps you as a manager to take into consideration all the elements that contribute to the highs and lows of change within a team, most importantly, this training allows you to have a toolbox of potential interventions and or strategies to manage this effectively by understanding it can be simple for some who see it as a straight forward transition, for others change represents real difficulty

Enjoyed this

Makes you think of day to day instances where we have to be aware of when and how to manage change, and surpisingly it is not just our staff who offer resistance sometimes even we as Managers can be reticent! We also have to see the benefit of the changes, and advocate, especially in terms of "best practice"

It was okay

It was alright, but I got a question wrong it gave me the option to go back and re review the information, and never let me back to the test so I didn’t actually finish it

A very good guidance for managers

I found the course very interesting, I actually found myself into 80% of what was in it to actually use during my short time since I have been appointed as a manager. Most of the information seems like common sense to me and I actually believe that the change should take place using communication and involving everyone into it by showing the great side of it.
